Heat Awareness Month
Heat illness can come on as heat stroke, heat exhaustion, heat fainting, heat edema, heat rash and heat cramps. Heat illnesses are mainly caused by over-exposure of heat and can affect you quickly. Drinking plenty of water will decrease your risk of dehydration.
